Service technicians and service staff are key team members to the success of any dealership. We are fortunate to employ some of the best in the business here at Team Swiderski!
As we look for the next generation of employees and leaders, we are proud to offer a scholarship opportunity to those individuals looking for a career in the service industry. The service technician scholarship allows individuals to work in our dealership while going to an approved technician program to further their education. The scholarship provides financial support through tuition assistance and paid on-the-job training so students can apply the skills and concepts they are learning in their classes in a real-world shop setting.
We welcome interested students who have a mechanical interest, good work ethic and positive attitude to contact us to learn more about the program. Students do need to have a farm background, though it is often helpful to have some experience. Students must be able to work for Swiderski Equipment while enrolled in the program and must maintain passing grades in their classes.
