The Meyer Formula Single Screw Mixer is available in sizes from 425 - 570 cubic feet. This is a premium, low profile single auger machine that offers tons of options while providing the best mix quality. Standard features include: 1000 RPM drive, in-line quad axle, heavy duty tubular chassis and a 4 point scale system.

A wide array of conveyor options for both front and side door models will handle almost any application. Best of all, mix quality is unmatched which means more dollars to your bottom line!

Features may include:

• The Formula to a good ration starts with the basics. Precisely engineered tank walls and screw provide accuracy and consistancy that you expect!

• Precisely Engineered Augers - propel your ration up the center of the auger and then down along the outside walls for fast processing while maximizing end-to-end movement.

• Lead Edge Scraper is adjustable and replaceable, it is responsible for initiating efficient feed movement in the Formula Mixer (Heat treated - high carbon steel).

• Auger Discharge Kicker Arm (right side of graphic) provides an extra sweep with every revolution, allowing smoother feedout in less time!

• Unique 3 piece knife design saves you time and money! This system offers added strength, simple adjustability and reduced replacement costs. (tungsten carbinate coated knives)

• Meyer offers a standard 2 blade knife for typical rations or an aggressive 3 section knife for rations with high volumes of long stem material.

• Meyer Formula Single Auger Mixers provide a simple in-line power transfer from your 1000 RPM PTO to the Robust Planetary Drive. It generates 40 RPM max speed to PROCESS FAST and UNLOAD EVEN FASTER!

• These Single Screw units feature an 1 3/8" 1000 RPM drive for reduced startup torque. Single speed drive eliminates extra moving parts!
