This series of Pulvi-Mulchers is designed with a spread out frame design that permits good trash flow. It features 20" Ductile notched or Ductile crowfoot rollers, 1 1/2" heavy duty bearings on the roller axles, and heavy duty drawbar. The machine may be equipped with "C" shaped spring teeth or "S" tine teeth. Drawbar jack, 3 1/2 x 16" cylinder, pressure relief valve, and hydraulic hoses up to hitch point are included. Rear scrapers are standard equipment with notched rollers.
Includes Warning Light Kit and 4 - 9.5L x 15 6 Ply Tires.

Brillion 88" PULVI-MULCHER Pulverizer

The 88” Pulvi-Mulcher has the basic features of the larger "M" series in the Brillion line. It uses single transport wheels. Rear scrapers on notched rollers and drawbar jack are standard.
Machine is raised and lowered by a 3” x 8” hydraulic cylinder (not furnished). Two rows of spring teeth manually operated with depth control lever. Hydraulic tooth control NOT available with this model. Includes 2 - 7.60 x 15 6 Ply Tires.

Brillion Floating Ring Pulverizer

Floating ring pulverizers feature the ability of the rings to follow the contours of the ground to provide uniform firming action. Floating Ring Pulverizer wheels are very aggressive and should not be used behind seeders and planters for firming purposes.

Brillion PP Series Pulverizer

The PP Series Pulverizers are available as pull type or Category I, three-point hitch models in widths of 5’, 6’, and 7’. Eight foot three-point hitch model is Category I and II. Pull type models have a drawbar in lieu of the three-point hitch brackets. PP Series Pulverizers are available with your choice of four wheels as listed below.

Brillion PP Series - Three Point Hitch Pulverizer
|
The PP Series pulverizer with 6x6 tube construction is designed for use with CAT. II or III, 3-point hitch tractors or drill carriers that offer a three point hitch mounting for optional equipment in front of the drill. (For example Blue-Jet). The PP Series also mounts to the 6K236 Pulverizer Caddie for the Land Commander II. This is a semi-mounted close coupled carrier with castering transport wheels that attaches to the rear of the Land Commander. The primary benefit of the Pulverizer Caddie is improved maneuverability and the ability to easily back into tight locations. The PPD Pulverizers feature 20” Ductile Iron Wheels which carry a Five Year Limited Warranty against breakage. The PPO Pulverizers feature the 20” Optimizer Wheel that is also covered by a Five Year Limited Warranty against breakage. Safety warning lights are standard equipment.

Brillion ROTATING FRAME TRANSPORT Pulverizer

During transport the machine weight is rotated over the tires which reduces the drawbar hitch weight. Ductile iron wheels carry a 5-year limited warranty against breakage. Machines are priced with 2 - 9.5L x 15 6 Ply tires, tongue jack, safety warning lights, transport and hydraulic cylinder (with hoses).

Brillion SD SERIES Pulverizer

The Double Gang pulverizer is the roller and frame used on the LSP6, SS8, SS10 and SS12 Seeders. The 6’ model is Cat. I 3-point with 12” diameter front rollers and 10” diameter rear rollers.
The 8', 10' and 12' working width are available in either 3-point or pull-type models. Pick-up models are Cat. 2, drawbar models are hydraulic lift type with hydraulic cylinders and hoses to hitch point included. Safety Light Kits are also standard on the 8’, 10’ and 12’ sizes. The front rollers are 16” diameter and the rear rollers are 12” diameter. Kits are available to convert the 8’, 10’ and 12’ pulverizers to Ag model seeder. Pull-type models include 2 - 9.5L x 15 6 Ply Tires.
