BOBCAT EQUIPMENT - EXCAVATOR

Bobcat 323 Compact Excavator
Reach farther and dig deeper with the 323. Hydraulically retract the undercarriage to only 39 inches to travel through gates or between homes, and then expand to 54 inches for a wider footprint and greater performance. The extra reach of the Bobcat 323 enables you to reach farther and dig faster with minimal repositioning. Equipped with the same hydraulic system as a larger Bobcat excavator, the 323 has impressive cycle times and break-out forces to complete jobs faster. The system's torque-limiting piston pump is able to sense and react to hydraulic loads, for better utilization of the engine's torque curve.

Bobcat 325 Compact Excavator
Replace labor-intensive projects with a reliable 325 compact excavator and move to the next project sooner. The 325, with its multi-attachment versatility, can dig everything from trenches to postholes, break up concrete and carve landscape features. Its compact size and rubber track flotation allows you to have excellent flotation through mud and protects established lawns and sensitive hardscapes. This multi-purpose machine is able to work in spaces where larger excavators could never fit. You will enjoy the optional longer dipper arm and that enables longer reach and increased dump height. This long-arm machine means less repositioning to work faster on shallow excavating jobs such as cleaning ditches and loading trucks. Instrumentation includes a shutdown feature to prevent potential damage to the machine. The 325 excavator is also available in a Long Arm model.

Bobcat 331 Compact Excavator
A mainstay in the Bobcat compact excavator lineup, the 331 exceeds expectations with its smooth operations, fast cycle times and durable components. You are able to tow the lightweight 331 behind a one-ton truck, reach areas other machines couldn’t even imagine and work cirlces around backhoe loaders on jobsites. It has the power you need to take on jobs ranging from footing and sewer lines to retaining walls and swimming pools. Equipped with a dipper that extends hydraulically, the extendable arm version of the 331 adapts to a wide range of jobs. With the dipper retracted, it provides the same digging performance as a 331. However, extending the dipper gives you more reach and dump height to reduce repositioning for shallow digging and truck loading work. The long-arm version of the 331 lets you do more loading and shallow digging work from one spot before the need to reposition. It also offers easy access to daily maintenance items and a quiet, fuel-efficient engine. The 331 excavator is also available in a Long Arm and Extendable Arm model.

Bobcat 335 Compact Excavator
Out-performing compact excavator brands in its class, the 335 generates faster cycle times with better breakout forces and more hydraulic horsepower. Step into the 335 operating station through a wide opening for easy entry and exit, and enjoy plentiful space to reach hand and foot controls. Gain unmatched access to engine and hydraulic system service areas for daily maintenance with a swing-open tailgate and a tilt-up side hood. A durable dual blade cylinder design minimizes spoil pile-up and provides superior blade cylinder protection.

Bobcat 337 Compact Excavator
The heavy-duty 337 combines exceptional digging depths and a long reach in a compact frame that routinely outworks conventional excavating machines. For tasks that require even more reach, a long-arm model is available with 20 feet of reach to reduce machine repositioning. This rugged, hard-working machine not only out-performs any other excavator in its class, but is more productive than a loader backhoe when working in limited access areas.

It offers easy-to-operate joysticks, a convenient ISO/Standard control pattern selection valve and an operator-friendly cab, complete with optional heating and air conditioning for comfortable, year-round work. It takes the 337 to the next level with the ability to dig deeper and reach farther and higher for more productivity. A wide choice of Bobcat attachments adds to its versatility, while available keyless start protects against theft. The 337 excavator is also available in a Long Arm model.

Bobcat 418 Compact Excavator
With a retracted track width of less than 28 inches wide, the ultra-compact 418 can access jobsites where exhausting hand labor is your only other option. Only Bobcat gives you the features to be more comfortable, go through narrower openings and to operate in tighter conditions with confidence. The 418 Excavator is ideal in the construction, rental and utility markets. The 418 will be used by homeowners and contractors working in excavation, plumbing, landscaping, grading, demolition, electrical and cable applications.

Pilot-operated joysticks control the 418 excavator. With these joysticks, the operator has consistent, smooth and fluid control of the machine, increasing work efficiency and further reducing the possibility of the excavator coming in contact with buildings or other nearby objects. The operator may also choose between ISO and standard pattern joystick operation through a control pattern selector valve. An additional feature of the control system is operator comfort. Bobcat has given operators more room by creating an exclusive two-position joystick consoles. The operator can position the joystick control console in an outward position for greater comfort and lock the console in an inboard position for easier transport of the excavator through gates and doorways. In addition to the two-position joystick consoles, Bobcat has built other features into the 418 excavator that allow the machine to be easily moved into tight work areas. The undercarriage of the excavator retracts to less than 28 inches. The Tip-Over Protective Structure (TOPS) folds down so that the excavator can travel through a standard-size doorway and work in interior jobsites. The design of the 418 excavator promotes uptime by protecting machine components. The hydraulic cylinder is mounted on top of the boom to prevent the cylinder from coming into contact with the trench, bucket or nearby obstacles which may damage the cylinder. The hoses on the 418 excavator have been routed through the inside of the work group to protect them from damage.

Bobcat 425 Compact Excavator
The Zero Tail Swing (ZTS) 425 compact excavator complements conventional tail swing moels for limited-access jobs. Compared to other ZTS excavators, the 425 has a larger cab opening and more operating room, and superior service access to the engine and hydraulic system. The 425 is an ideal model for the rental market because of its size, operating weight and attachment versatility. The 425 fills a gap in the Bobcat line of excavators and is ideal in rental, construction, landscaping and utility markets. The 425 excavator is also available in a Long Arm model.

Bobcat 430 Compact Excavator
A Zero House Swing (ZHS) compact excavator from Bobcat offers the most unrestricted rotation in the industry for improved operation when working in tight quarters. Backfill, grade and doze material at twice the speed of other excavators with the exclusive hydrostatic FastTrack drive system. Find and reach daily checkpoints with panoramic serviceability, even in a ZHS configuration.

The ZHS allows both the front and rear of the excavator to stay within the excavator's width. The FastTrack drive system allows the 430 excavator to travel at nearly twice the speed of the nearest competitor. The longer dipper stick on the 430 reaches farther from one spot to do more work without repositioning the machine. The extra reach, combined with a higher dump height, also makes loading trucks faster and easier. The 430 excavator is available Long Arm and Extendable Arm models.

Bobcat 435 Compact Excavator
Tight spaces are never a problem for this Zero House Swing unit. Dig, slew and dump spoil behind the machine with ease - much more access than you could ever achieve with a tractor-loader-backhoe. There's no sacrificing operator comfort with the 435 as it has a spacious cab with plenty of room for even the biggest operators, plus the wide door opening permits easy entry and exit.

Like the 430, the available FastTrack drive system's fast travel speed saves time getting you to and from areas on your jobsite. They Hydraulic X-Change system is also available for the 435 to quickly change excavator attachments.

Bobcat 442 Compact Excavator
Topping the Bobcat excavator line, the 442 is built to handle the toughest applications with a turbo-charged diesel engine and amazing bucket breakout forces. A Zero Tail Swing configuration allows for better spoil placement and minimizes the chance of accidental contact with objects. Select from 10 attachments for improved productivity, including hydraulic breakers, augers or grapples. Bobcat has the most hydraulic horsepower with maximum flow and maximum pressure for faster cycle times.
